I have my problems with state farm in the past, with things like price used to go up before the end of the 6 months, but after talking with Kim and Paul, things changed, Kim has been very helpful and understanding in resolving any issues are concerns I have with statefarm she is extremely patient, Lord knows there is times when am very frustrated with some changes or something I didn't understand and Kim would explain thoroughly until I understood. If you ever sign up with Statefarm through Marcel office be sure to Ask for Kim first, if she is not available ask for Paul. I continue using state farm my husband and I because of them.
